A-Mazing Game of Gears 'N Guffaws is a semi-hidden role, asymmetric strategy game of shifting alliances, sabotage, and steampunk absurdity. Beneath a crumbling clockwork city, three secret factions battle for control of a labyrinthine maze of rotating tiles and unstable machinery. Each player controls two secret roles from the same faction, revealing them strategically to activate powerful abilities or conceal their motives just a little longer. Build the maze. Bend the gears. Betray your allies. Whether you're a loyal Gizmologist, a destructive Rabblerouser, or a greedy Opportunut, every turn is a chance to outthink—or out-scheme—your rivals. The game includes two modular expansions and can be played as Semi-Cooperative, Fully Competitive or Solo (includes a three-variant solo mode). ⚙ Hidden Roles, Factions & Win Conditions: Keep your characters hidden as long as you can - but revealing unlocks powerful abilities. At game's end, score points based on your faction's goals: • Gizmologists - Build and stabilize the maze. Earn Victory Points from the longest connected path. • Rabblerousers - Sabotage and destroy. Earn Victory Points from demolished tiles. • Opportunuts - Gather Gear Tokens and profit.
