Description
A7V depicts the first large scale use of German A7V tanks during the battle for Villers-Bretonneux, April 24-25, 1918. The battle for this key town happened several times before because it was a key railroad junction that led to Amiens, a British\French occupied city. Knowing this, the Germans planned their tank attack comprising of 13 A7V and assault troops after their major offensive, Michael, had failed by late March, 1918. —description from the publisher
