This is the promotional card provided in the The Red Raven Fan Box #1. This is a Star House Card that can be used in the game "Above and Below". When you buy this card, you receive a Potion. Additionally, you may reroll once per turn. Finally, at the end of the game, owning this building will give you 2 Victory Points for every Villager in your village that has a Quill symbol.
