Description
An expansion to 18Ruhr, allowing players to cut the playable map in half. It also adds the following things: two new private companies; mixed Montan companies, allowing both coal and steel mines simultaneously; new tiles; the Dortmunder Hafenbahn, an additional (industrial) railway.
